What:

Impact Academy 2026 is a year-long, integrative training ecosystem for mental health practitioners. It blends masterclasses, intensives, and case groups into a cyclical learning journey designed to deepen knowledge, refine skill, and grow embodied therapeutic presence.

Why:

Therapy becomes powerful when theory is translated into embodied skill and when the practitioner develops coherence between who they are, how they relate, and how they intervene. The Academy exists to offer a structured, supported, experiential way of learning that builds confidence, fluency, and grounded clinical identity.

How:

Participants engage in masterclasses, experiential intensives, and monthly case groups. Learning is guided by the Impact Framework, integrating person-centred, brain-based, and interactional principles. Tools, skills, and practical application of brain based techniques and protocols are a major focus of the Academy. Concepts are introduced, practiced, reflected on, and re-applied in a repeating developmental cycle across the year.

So What:

By the end of the year, practitioners work with greater clarity, confidence, and impact. Skills become muscle memory, formulation becomes coherent, and the therapeutic relationship becomes a place of attunement, co-regulation, and real change. Practitioners leave not just knowing more, but practicing differently — with presence, precision, and ease.

Who Can Join:

Impact Academy is for South African and International Mental health practitioners, working within their scope, who want to deepen their therapeutic presence, sharpen their formulation skills, and integrate brain-based, relational, and interactional principles into coherent, embodied practice. It is for practitioners who value community, experiential learning, and a structured pathway toward confidence, clarity, and transformational clinical work. HPCSA Registered Counsellors are also welcome.
