Terms and Conditions

1. Privacy of Training Recordings:

All recordings of live training sessions are strictly for personal use by registered attendees. Sharing, distributing, or using these recordings for any purpose without prior written consent of all attendees and Impact training is prohibited. By attending, you agree to respect the privacy of other participants and maintain confidentiality.

2. Cancellations, Deferment and Refund Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days will be deferred to the next training of the same value within the same calendar year. If the deferment results in training being attended the following year, attendees will be asked to pay the difference of fees.

• Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the training will be deferred at 20% deferment fee of the original fees for the cancelled training

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the training will be deferred at 30% deferment fee of the original fees for the cancelled training

• In the event of a no-show, no deferments will be made and fees will be forfeited.

3. Marketing Material Disclaimer:

While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of dates, times, and details in our marketing materials, errors may occur. It is the responsibility of the participant to confirm details with us directly before the event.

4. Scope of Profession:

• ⁠Participation in our trainings does not constitute certification or qualification to practice outside of your legally defined scope of profession.

• We are not responsible for ensuring practitioners’ competence or compliance with their professional or legal obligations.

• We will not be held liable for any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your implementation of techniques learned during our trainings, whether inside or outside of your scope of profession.

5. Intellectual Property:

All training materials, including but not limited to handouts, slides, manuals, recordings, and exercises, are the intellectual property of our business and are protected under copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

6. Code of Conduct:

Participants are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor during all training sessions. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the session without refund.

7. Attendance Requirements:

To receive acknowledgment of participation (where applicable), full attendance at all training sessions is required.

8. Technical Requirements:

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment, software, and stable internet access to attend online trainings.

9. Force Majeure:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, technical failures, or illness), we reserve the right to reschedule or modify training delivery. Participants will be notified as soon as possible.

10. Liability Limitation:

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from participation in our trainings, including but not limited to financial loss, reputational damage, or injury.

11. Use of Training Recordings for On-Demand Courses:

Impact Training reserves the right to use recordings of live training sessions to create on-demand courses for individual practitioners and new offerings on the Impact Training website. If you do not wish to be included in the recording, please advise us prior to your participation so that we can pause the recording during your interactions. By attending the training, you consent to this use unless otherwise notified.

12. Contact and Updates:

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued participation in our programs constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
